The tenement building at Lucy-Lameck-Strasse 15 is still largely in its original condition, consisting of a front building, a side wing and rear wing. ln the front building, an elevator leads to the residential units. Both here and in the street-side part of the side wing, the top floor was converted a few years ago. The building has a total of 29 apartments, eight of which can be purchased as rented investments. The neighborhood is bordered by Maybachufer, Kottbusser Damm, Sonnenallee, Wildenbruchstraße and Kiehlufer. For those who like it a bit more commercial, the GALERIA Markthalle at Hermannplatz offers deli items along with shopping opportunities.
Falafel, salami or seitan: The area around Lucy-Lameck-Strasse is a delight for the palate, with countless international restaurants as well as bars and cafés in the direction of Hasenheide, Maybachufer or in the Schillerkiez district to the south. Fancy something a little more moderate? The surrounding area is also ideal for leisurely walks. In the neighboring Volkspark Hasenheide, there are plenty of meadows, jogging trails, and sun-protected picnic areas for sports lovers or idlers.
