Another historical site is the Fuhrerbunker. Hitler lived here during the final months of the Nazi regime. You can find an information sign on the grounds. Here, you can also see where Eva Braun consumed cyanide and where Hitler killed himself with a gunshot.

Another place to check out is the Boros Collection, which is the home of Christian Boros’s modern art collection. This building was constructed by the Nazis as an air-raid shelter. A number of restaurants, bars, and theaters are located in the area.

Another great place that adds to Berlin’s hidden places is the Hachescher Hofe, which is the largest enclosed courtyard area in Germany. This area has been extensively restored, and there are a number of shops, restaurants and bars to visit.

For something more unique, you can go to the Fahimi bar. This speakeasy is located in a dark industrial building, and you can enjoy drinks or a meal with a view of the U-Bahn train tracks. You can even try some karaoke in the park on Sundays.

You can also check out the Markthalle, which is a large market place. It hosts special markets, festivals and music concerts. Also, you can find many vintage items in this area. On the third Sunday of the month, you can participate in the Wurst & Beer Festival.

One of the best parks in Berlin is Mauerpark. It offers a number of amenities, including a waterfall, a beer garden, a pond, and a large grassy area. During the week, the park is open, but on Sundays it comes to life with live music, street food stalls, and karaoke.

When in the area, you can also check out the ruins of the Drachenberg Mountain. It is a great place to catch a wild boar or fly a kite. Located in the shadow of the Teufelsberg, the mountain is a great destination for visitors.
