Gorgeous new construction projects such as the prestigious Euro-City project and the proximity to Charlottenburg is a significant advantage, contributes to the rapid development of the region and influences the rise in real estate prices. Many educational institutions can be found here, for instance the Technical University of Berlin, the Technological College of Sciences, the Academy of Arts and more. This is a fairly green neighborhood with many parks. The biggest and most famous one is the “Tiergarten”, which is considered Berlin’s largest park and the Fritz-Schloss-Park. The area is served by an extensive public transportation system. In addition to many buses you will find the U9 subway line and several S-Bahn lines. Nearby, you will find several shopping centers, such as Edeka Center and the famous Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse.
