The buildings have only 4 floors unlike the typical 5 floor buildings in the rest of Berlin. Almost every building has its own small front garden, there are many public parks and playgrounds. There is no shortage of shops, restaurants and cafes either.

Purchasing power and rentals are among the highest in the district.
